Stainless Steel Fish Grip Manufacturing process

1. Material selection: 
   We specify marine-grade stainless for jaws and corrosion-resistant fasteners. Handle material is EVA for grip and weather resistance.
2. Precision forming & jaw machining: 
   Jaws are CNC-machined or stamped to exact geometry. Accurate jaw profile is essential for the patented grip action.
3. Scale module integration: 
   The load cell and display are calibrated and fitted into the handle housing. Electronics are tested for moisture resistance before assembly.
4. Handle assembly & swivel fit: 
   EVA handles are molded and bonded. The swivel shaft is press-fitted and checked for free rotation and secure locking.
5. Surface finishing & passivation: 
   Stainless parts go through cleaning and passivation to improve corrosion resistance. Visible parts get bead or light satin finishes for appearance.
6. Quality control & calibration: 
   Each unit is weighed against reference weights. Jaws, weight accuracy, and handle rotation are tested. Failed units are reworked or discarded.
7. Packaging & labeling:
