The 7” Stainless Steel Hook Remover gives anglers a safer way to get a hook out when it has gone deep into a fish’s mouth. The extended reach keeps your hand farther from the hook and sharp teeth, which is especially useful when handling trout, catfish, and other toothy fish.
A T-shaped ABS handle makes the tool easy to hold and control while working the hook free. The stainless steel hook is built for repeated use, and the compact 7-inch size makes it easy to keep within reach in a tackle box, on a boat, or while fishing from shore.

When fishing for species such as trout and catfish, removing a hook can put your fingers close to sharp teeth and hooks. The extended hook remover gives you more working distance, helping reduce the risk of finger injuries during hook removal.
The handle is made from durable ABS, while the working hook is stainless steel. This combination provides a lightweight body with a sturdy metal hook for regular fishing use.
The T-shaped handle is easy to hold and gives you a firm grip while removing hooks. Its shape provides better control when working against a hook that is difficult to release, without making the tool uncomfortable to use.
The stainless steel hook provides a strong and durable working end for repeated hook removal. Its smooth, narrow profile is suited to working around the hook and leader without unnecessarily interfering with the fishing line.
Measuring 18 cm in length, the hook remover offers useful reach without being too bulky to carry. It can be kept in a tackle box and used whenever a quick, controlled hook removal is needed.
The Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Hook Remover is available in multiple lengths for different fishing applications. Choose the 7” Stainless Steel Hook Remover, or explore our 10” Stainless Steel Hook Remover and 13” Stainless Steel Hook Remover for additional reach. Custom dimensions, colors, branding and packaging are also available for bulk orders.
Hook length and shaft dimensions are checked with digital calipers, with key dimensions controlled within ±0.10 mm to maintain consistent hook geometry and proper reach across production batches.
The stainless steel hook and ABS handle connection is tested to a minimum pull force of 20 kg. Samples are pulled for 10 seconds with no loosening, cracking or separation permitted.
The T-handle is checked for fit and movement after assembly. Handle rotation and lateral movement are controlled within 1 mm, ensuring a firm grip without noticeable looseness during hook removal.
Finished stainless steel components undergo a 48-hour neutral salt spray test. After testing, the surface is inspected for visible red rust and abnormal corrosion to verify suitability for wet and saltwater fishing environments.
Production samples undergo 1,000 hook-removal cycles to evaluate the durability of the stainless steel hook and handle connection. No cracking, loosening or functional failure is accepted during the test.
Finished hook removers are checked for overall dimensions and weight, with the target weight of 100 g controlled within ±5 g. 100% final inspection verifies hook alignment, handle assembly, surface condition and overall appearance before packing.
