An aluminum tube scale is a compact mechanical hanging scale built around an anodized aluminum tube. It uses a stainless spring and a hook to measure weight. Many models show weight in both pounds and kilograms and include a sliding marker to lock peak weight. These scales need no battery and are popular in fishing, luggage and field use because they are lightweight and corrosion-resistant.
RTI’s Aluminum Tube Scale (RTI-MS05) is a 11KG / 25LB mechanical hanging scale designed for fishing and outdoor use. It pairs an anodized aluminum housing with stainless steel spring and hook. The handle is PVC-coated for a soft, non-slip grip.
The scale shows lbs and kgs, features a marker slide for peak readings, and uses laser-printed graduations for long-term clarity. RTI supports OEM/ODM, blister-card packing, and wholesale orders .

Material Procurement: We source anodizable aluminum tubes and 304/316 stainless for hooks and springs. All batches enter incoming QC.
Tube Machining & Anodizing: Cut and machine the tube to length, then anodize to the requested finish and color. Anodizing adds corrosion resistance and a clean look.
Spring & Hook Forming: Stainless wire forms the spring and hooks. Heat treatment and polishing ensure correct tension and smooth surfaces.
Marker Slide & Handle Molding: We mold the PVC-coated handle and assemble the marker slide. The handle is bonded to improve grip durability.
Assembly: Technicians assemble the spring, internal mechanism and hook into the tube. We install the marker and check free movement.
Calibration & Functional QC: Each unit passes a weight check to confirm scale accuracy and marker function. We sample test accuracy across the production run.
Packaging & Customization: Items are packed in blister cards or custom retail boxes per the customer’s label and artwork. OEM stickers or printed boxes are applied where ordered.
Final Inspection & Shipping: A final inspection ensures labels, marks and packaging meet order specs. Then we prepare bulk pallets for FOB shipments or DDP if requested.
A: MOQ depends on packaging complexity. For standard blister-card packing MOQ is 500 pcs. Custom box or printed cartons may raise MOQ — please send artwork for a firm quote.
A: Yes. Pre-production or production samples are available. Sample fees apply but are usually credited on the bulk order.
A: For a standard run with OEM printing, expect about 60 days after artwork approval. Exact timing depends on current factory load and shipping choice.

A: We perform sample calibration during production. We test at multiple known weights and adjust assembly tolerances to meet accuracy targets.
A: Yes. With anodized aluminum and stainless steel fittings, it holds up to normal saltwater exposure. Rinse after long-term salt exposure to extend life.
A: Standard blister card packaging is default. We also provide bulk inner cartons, retail boxes, or custom printed cartons per the buyer’s requirements.
