 Waterproof Fishing Storage Boxes Manufacturing Process

1. Material procurement: 
   Factory sources food-grade PP / ABS resin. Materials are checked for tensile strength, melt flow, and color consistency before production.
2. Injection molding: 
   Molds for lid and base are run on injection presses. The process produces precise dimensions for the 30×13×5 cm body and ensures fit between lid and base.
3. Trimming & quality check: 
   After molding, parts go through trimming to remove flash. Operators inspect dimensions, wall thickness, and hinge/latch fit.
4. Assembly & compartment fitting: 
   Bases and lids are assembled, and internal partitions are inserted. Assemblers verify the seven-compartment layout and test latch operation.
5. Visual inspection & leak test: 
   Each lot undergoes a visual QC check and random sampling for dust/water resistance. Latches and seals are tested to confirm closure integrity.
6. Customization & printing: 
   For OEM orders, the factory applies stickers, pad prints, or inserts custom packaging. Graphic proofs are approved by the buyer before batch printing.
7. Packaging & bulk boxing: 
   Products are packed in poly/bubble bag and then boxed. For wholesale/OEM shipments, units are packed per buyer’s carton spec and palletized for export.
