The dual-latch system is tested for locking force (≥30N) and repeated use performance. Closure sealing is checked through simulated water exposure tests to reduce the risk of water, dust, and sand ingress.

Mechanical Durability Testing

Each production batch undergoes functional testing, including:

• Opening/closing cycle test: 600+ cycles
• Drop test: 1.0–1.2 m with no structural cracking
• Handle load test: ≥10 kg short-term bearing

Assembly & Final Inspection

All units are inspected for transparency, surface defects, and assembly accuracy. Key checkpoints include latch alignment, hinge flexibility, and handle stability. Products are packed with protective materials to meet export shipping standards.
