Folding Digital Scale Manufacturing Process

2. Tooling & Mold Making: 
   Injection molds for the ABS/plastic housing and punch dies for metal parts are machined. Molds are tested for fit and finish.
3. PCB Assembly & Testing: 
   SMT lines place components on the PCB. Each board goes through functional tests before integration.
4. Metal Parts Production: 
   Stainless karabiners and hooks are stamped, machined, and pass corrosion-resistance checks. Parts are deburred and plated if required.
5. Injection Molding & Trim: 
   Plastic parts are molded, cooled, and trimmed. Visual checks ensure no flash or molding defects.
6. Assembly Line: 
   Workers install PCB, batteries, load cell, T-bar and karabiner on the assembly line. Each unit receives basic calibration and an initial weight check.
7. Calibration & Accuracy Verification: 
   Scales are calibrated using certified weights. Units that fail tolerance checks are reworked or rejected.
8. Water-resistance & Functional QC: 
   Random samples undergo water-resistance spot tests and full function checks (display, memory, time).
9. Packing & Customization:
