Material Sourcing

We purchase 2R13 stainless steel coil in 1.2–1.5 mm thickness from qualified mills in Shandong. The steel grade meets GB standard with tested hardness and corrosion resistance for fishing environments.

Precision Cutting

A high-speed servo stamping press (45–80T) cuts triple blade blanks together to keep spacing accurate. This method improves efficiency and reduces alignment error during later assembly.

Edge Grinding & Sharpening

CNC grinding machines shape each blade edge to a consistent bevel. We control the edge angle to maintain sharpness specifically for cutting soft bait worms without crushing.

Heat Treatment

Blades go through quenching and tempering in a controlled electric vacuum furnace. Hardness is kept stable at HRC 50–54 to balance sharpness and toughness in long-term outdoor use.

Handle Injection Molding
